Management is an intellectual decision formed by group of people to run things. Around us there are many forms of management we see and we obey and follow their decisions and the most common one we see as Government. Management contributes to a system efficiency and reduce the entropy, there are many different types of management we can come accross. Project Management is an integral part of the management and it deals in documenting of operations and make the project profitable. In my experience Techtronics follow a system where things are managed with ClickUP and Everhour. In Clickup we document tasks on daily basis and track our time and productivity.
ClickUP
ClickUP is a project management platform where companies can run their projects and control their operations. ClickUP follows a structural hierarchy where things are divided into Workspaces, spaces, folders and list. Each WorkSpace contains and owned by a company and each folder defines a group or category of the projects. Each folder represents a project and each list defines a phase. There are different views for every list like like Calendar, Board, Box, Gantt and Activity, Each phase contains a task and we can view them and manage them in these views.
The list view looks like the above image. In list view we have tasks categorized with statuses. Each task has timer, status, assignee and a priority. There are other features like custom drop downs and tags we can assign to the task. Status defines the task current progress in the project and tags define the task status if its approved or not . Each task can be assigned to a user and set a priority and set a due date this defines a task estimated ending time if due date is set and a task creation time defines possible estimated start time of the task. Each task contributes to the end of the project. Each view contributes differently but all have same goals to define the ending point of the project. Gantt view is a pictorial representation of any project and I'm glad clickup has added that view in folders and i love that because it makes easy to manage tasks delivery time and ending time 
In gantt view tasks are like objects we can drag them in between dates and can set dependencies with arrows The arrow head defines the task is dependent on this task and the tail of the arrow shows the blocking task.
